Frequently asked questions about the order process at Canutree
Für die Bestellung von Canutree Produkten wählst du als erstes die Produktkategorie des Canutreeprodukts, dass du bestellen möchtest, und dann das Produkt selbst aus. Im Produkt selbst kannst du die zu bestellende Menge festlegen und auf „In den Warenkorb“ klicken, um das Produkt deinem Warenkorb hinzuzufügen. Den Inhalt deines Warenkorbs findest du unter dem Button „Mein Warenkorb“ in der Menüleiste am oberen rechten Bildschirmrand. Mit einem Klick auf den Warenkorb erscheint der Inhalt deines Warenkorbs.
Start of the ordering process
To start the ordering process, click on "Proceed to checkout" in the shopping cart and follow the instructions of the ordering process. The incoming order of your well-being products will be processed immediately after receipt of payment, packed and sent to you by express delivery within 1-3 working days. Important: You do not need a customer account to buy products on Canutree.co.uk.
No. During the ordering process we give the customer the choice to either order as a guest or to create a customer account directly. You do not need a customer account to order from Canutree. We only need your address details to be able to send you the well-being products you have ordered. However, there are some advantages to having a Canutree account. With a customer account, you will no longer have to enter your address details in the future and you will receive exclusive special conditions on promotion days.
Change or cancellation of my order
We will do our best to send your order as quickly as possible by express delivery.
This means that orders received in the system by 12 noon are usually shipped the same day. If you want to cancel or change your order, please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
As long as your products have not been shipped, we can change or cancel your order.
If you have not received an automatic email confirmation, you should contact us directly by email: email@example.com. We will send you your order confirmation as soon as possible.
Receive a copy of your invoice
After receipt of your order, you will receive an order confirmation and the invoice by e-mail. If you have not received your invoice, please send us an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
